Banzza offers a channel to increase the exposure of your property to online real estate searchers. Banzza offers detailed property listings complete with photos and various effective marketing tools to help you sell or rent your property. Best of all our basic listing service is free making our services risk free. Go ahead gives us a try, all it takes is three minutes of your time to get your property posted on our system.
Yes you do have to create an account to post a new listing. This is necessary to track which listings belong to which users and allow you to modify and delete listings at a future date.
Our basic listing package is 100% free. However if you would like the luxury of additional features you may upgrade to an advanced listing. Our advanced listing packages are $15.99 and come with additional photos, open house dates, a differetinating map marker and a longer listing renewal period.
Banzza accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discovery Card and American Expressas well as PayPal funds. Banzza conducts all transactions through the merchant PayPal (including credit cards) to ensure that payments are safe, secure and easy to make.
If you are not satisfied with your paid listing please contact us by email or in writing within 7 days and we will refund your money with no questions asked.
All listings are managed from the “My Account” page. The “My Account” page is essentially a listings management control panel where you can add new listings, or modify and delete current listings. Please note that you must have an account and be logged in, in order to access “My Account”.
Banzza has implemented a listing expiration policy in order to ensure that real estate information posted on Banzza.com is up to date. By having a 30 day expiration period on basic listings old information is removed out of the system if the listing is not actively managed. By renewing your listing you are letting us know that your listing is still active. You can renew your listings as many times as you until you property is sold/rented or is taken off the market.
