To begin searching for housing start at
Banzza.com Simply select the province and enter the city where you wish to search. Choose between our Google Maps search or the traditional text search. From here click either the "Search For Sale" or "Search For Rent" to search for a home.
The Google Map search displays housing listings in a geographical context allowing you to see exactly where property is located. A marker (green or red) on the map represents a property for sale or for rent. To view information about a specific property simply click the marker and a box will pop up with more information. To navigate around the map use the controls in the upper left hand corner to zoom and pan across the map. In areas with a large number of listings the map may be slow to load. Please be patient as it will load eventually.
The text based search located is an alternative to the map based search. The text based search displays more information about each property relative to the map search and allows you to sort the local listings by a variety criteria.
There are usually two ways to contact property sellers; by phone or directly by email. Seller contact information can be found on the detailed listing page of each listing. On the left hand side you will be able to find a phone number and at the bottom of the listing is a form to directly email the seller. Note that you must be logged into a registered user account to contact a seller directly by email. This policy is in place to prevent spam.
You can save favourite listings two ways. First you can find a link titled "Save Listing" on the left hand navigation on each detailed listing information page. Secondly you will also find a "Save Listing" link on the map and text based search results pages that will allow you to save your favourite listings.
